What is IAD Business Services Group?
A private house for decisions based in Riyadh, and a Saudi group of five companies: IAD Advisory, IAD Labs for technology, IAD Capital for investment, IAD Studio for marketing and creative work, and IAD Services for business support. It works beside owners, boards and chief executives, and invests its own capital, for its own account, where the case earns it.
Where is the Group based and where does it operate?
Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We work with clients, advisors and opportunities in Jeddah, Khobar, Manama, Muscat and London.
What sets the Group apart from a consulting firm?
Three commitments: we write the scope and the fee before we begin, we never name the people we work with, and we put our own capital where our conviction holds. We do not manage other people's money.
How are fees set?
By the scope of the work. We have no fixed packages: after the first conversation we write down what will be delivered, when, and at what cost, and no work begins until that is agreed.
How does a mandate begin?
With a private first conversation to understand the matter, with no presentations and no selling; then a written scope entrusted to a small senior team; then a recommendation we defend before the board. Investment is weighed separately, on the merits of the opportunity, and never follows a mandate automatically.
