وجباتك، كمية الماء، وزنك، تمارينك، جلسات الصيام، أهدافك، وبياناتك الشخصية (العمر، الطول، الوزن، الجنس، مستوى النشاط) — كلها تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك.

إذا كان iCloud مفعّلاً على جهازك، تُنسخ هذي البيانات إلى قاعدة بياناتك الخاصة في iCloud عشان تظهر على أجهزتك الثانية وترجع لك لو أعدت تثبيت التطبيق. هذي القاعدة تخص حسابك في آبل، ومطوّر التطبيق ما عنده أي صلاحية للوصول إليها.

Meals, water, weight, workouts, fasting sessions, targets and your profile (age, height, weight, sex, activity level) are stored locally on your device.

If iCloud is enabled on your device, this data is also written to your own private iCloud database so it appears on your other devices and survives a reinstall. That database belongs to your Apple Account; the app's developer has no access to it.

إذا أذنت للتطبيق، يقرأ من تطبيق الصحة: الخطوات، سعرات النشاط، الوزن، الطول، والتمارين — لعرضها ومزامنتها. ويقرأ كذلك نومك ونبض راحتك وتغيّر نبضك (HRV) ودقائق تمرينك ليجاوبك بايت برنت AI على أساسها. ويكتب فيه: الوجبات، الماء، والوزن.

العرض والحساب داخل التطبيق يصير على جهازك، وبيانات الصحة ما تُستخدم للإعلانات أو التسويق أبداً. لكن إذا فعّلت بايت برنت AI وخلّيت مفتاح «يشوف بياناتي» شغالاً، يُرسل مع أسئلتك ملخصٌ من هذي الأرقام (متوسطات واتجاهات — لا سجلك الخام) ليجاوبك عليها؛ التفاصيل في القسم ٣. من غير هذي الموافقة، ما يطلع من بيانات الصحة أي شي.

تقدر تسحب الإذن في أي وقت من: تطبيق الصحة ← الإتاحة ← التطبيقات ← بايت برنت.

With your permission the app reads steps, active energy, weight, height and workouts from Apple Health to show and sync them. It also reads your sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV) and exercise minutes so BitePrint AI can answer with them. It writes meals, water and weight back to Health.

Display and calculations inside the app happen on your device, and Health data is never used for advertising or marketing. However, if you enable BitePrint AI and leave "Can see my data" on, a summary of these numbers (averages and trends — not your raw records) is sent along with your questions so it can answer them; section 3 has the details. Without that consent, nothing from Health leaves your device.

You can revoke access at any time in Health ▸ Sharing ▸ Apps ▸ BitePrint.

مساعد ذكي داخل التطبيق يسجّل عنك بالكتابة ويجاوب أسئلتك الصحية. مطفأ حتى توافق: قبل أول استخدام تظهر لك شاشة تشرح بالضبط وش يُرسل، وما يُرسل شي قبل موافقتك. وبقية التطبيق — البحث والباركود والتسجيل اليدوي والتقارير — يشتغل كاملاً بدونه.

اللي يُرسل: اللي تكتبه أو تصوّره للمساعد. ومعه — إذا خلّيت مفتاح «يشوف بياناتي» شغالاً — ملخص يساعده يجاوبك صح: وزنك وطولك وهدفك، متوسطات أكلك، قياسات جسمك، تمارينك، وخطواتك ونومك ونبضك من صحتي. ملخصات ومتوسطات، لا سجلك الخام. وتقدر تطفي هذا المفتاح وتستخدم المساعد بلا بياناتك.

اللي ما يُرسل أبداً: اسمك، بريدك، رقمك، موقعك، وحساب آبل. الخدمة تقرأ «رجل، ٢٨ سنة» وما تعرف من أنت — ما فيه حساب ولا تسجيل دخول أصلاً.

وين تروح: رسالتك تمر عبر خادمنا ثم تُعالَج عند Anthropic (نماذج Claude) لإنتاج الرد. بموجب شروط واجهتها البرمجية، Anthropic لا تستخدم هذي البيانات لتدريب نماذجها.

وش ينحفظ عندنا: صور وجباتك تُقرأ وتُنسى — ما تنحفظ على خادمنا، ونسختك تبقى على جهازك مع وجبتها. محادثاتك مع المساعد ما تُخزَّن على خادمنا. نتيجة تحليل الجمل والصور المكررة تنحفظ مؤقتاً حتى ٣٠ يوماً مربوطةً ببصمة تشفيرية (لا باسمك ولا بجهازك) لتسريع الطلبات المكررة. وعدّادات استخدام (كم طلباً اليوم) مربوطة بمعرّف عشوائي للجهاز — ليس معرّف إعلانات ولا يرتبط بهويتك.

وش يتذكّره عنك: إذا قلت له حقيقة ثابتة (حساسية، إصابة، طعام تكرهه) يحفظها على جهازك وترجع له مع رسائلك القادمة. تشوف كل المحفوظ في الإعدادات وتحذف منه ما تشاء.

الرجوع عن الموافقة: من الإعدادات ← بايت برنت AI، أطفئ المفتاح — يوقف الإرسال كله فوراً. وإذا شغّلته من جديد، نسألك الموافقة من أول.

An in-app assistant that logs what you type and answers your health questions. Off until you consent: before first use a screen explains exactly what gets sent, and nothing is sent before you agree. The rest of the app — search, barcode, manual logging, reports — works fully without it.

What gets sent: what you write or photograph for the assistant. And with it — if you leave "Can see my data" on — a summary that helps it answer properly: your weight, height and goal, your food averages, body metrics, workouts, and your steps, sleep and heart rate from Health. Summaries and averages, not your raw records. You can turn that switch off and use the assistant without your data.

What is never sent: your name, email, phone number, location or Apple Account. The service reads "male, 28" and does not know who you are — there is no account and no sign-in at all.

Where it goes: your message passes through our server and is processed by Anthropic (Claude models) to produce the reply. Under its API terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

What we keep: meal photos are read and discarded — never stored on our server; your copy stays on your device with its meal. Your assistant conversations are not stored on our server. Results of repeated sentence/photo analyses are cached for up to 30 days keyed by a cryptographic fingerprint (not your name or device), to speed up repeats. Usage counters (how many requests today) are keyed to a random device identifier — not an advertising identifier, and not linked to your identity.

What it remembers: if you tell it a lasting fact (an allergy, an injury, a food you dislike) it is saved on your device and sent back with your future messages. You can see everything it remembers in Settings and delete any of it.

Withdrawing consent: Settings ▸ BitePrint AI ▸ turn the switch off — all sending stops immediately. Turning it back on asks for your consent again.

تقدر تختار — بشكل اختياري تماماً — إنك تنشر طبقاً أضفته عشان يستفيد منه بقية المستخدمين. اللي يُنشر هو اسم الطبق وقيمه الغذائية. ويرافقه معرّف iCloud مجهول ينشئه نظام آبل تلقائياً — نستخدمه فقط لمراجعة المحتوى، وما يرتبط باسمك ولا ببريدك ولا بأي وسيلة تواصل، وما نستخدمه للتتبع أو الإعلانات. الأطباق المنشورة تُراجَع قبل ظهورها للآخرين. الأطباق اللي ما تنشرها تبقى خاصة بك.

You may optionally publish a dish you created so other users can find it. The dish name and its nutrition values are published. Apple's system automatically attaches an anonymous iCloud identifier, which we use only to moderate content — it is never linked to your name, email or any contact detail, and never used for tracking or advertising. Published dishes are reviewed before they become visible. Dishes you don't publish stay private to you.

تذكيرات الوجبات والماء تُجدول على جهازك محلياً. وفيه إشعارات عامة نادرة (مثل: إعلان عن ميزة جديدة) تصل عبر خدمة iCloud من آبل؛ ما نرسل أي بيانات شخصية معها، وتقدر توقفها من إعدادات جهازك.

Meal and water reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Occasional announcements (for example, a new feature) are delivered through Apple's iCloud service; they carry no personal data and can be turned off in your device settings.

عند مسح باركود منتج، تُستخدم الكاميرا لقراءة الرقم فقط — ما نلتقط أي صورة ولا نحفظها ولا نرفعها.

عند مسح باركود، يُرسل رقم الباركود وحده إلى قاعدة Open Food Facts، وهي قاعدة منتجات عالمية مفتوحة وغير ربحية، عشان نجيب اسم المنتج وقيمه الغذائية. ما يُرسل معه أي شي يخصك: لا اسم، ولا حساب، ولا موقع، ولا معرّف جهاز. المنتج يُحفظ بعدها على جهازك، فالمسح التالي لنفس المنتج يشتغل بدون إنترنت.

ولو بحثت عن منتج بالاسم (زر «ابحث أونلاين» تحت نتائج البحث)، تُرسل الكلمة اللي كتبتها إلى نفس القاعدة عشان تُطابَق. هذا الزر ما يشتغل إلا لما تضغطه أنت — ما نرسل شي أثناء الكتابة.

تقدر تسحب إذن الكاميرا في أي وقت من: إعدادات الجهاز ← بايت برنت ← الكاميرا. وبقية التطبيق يشتغل عادي بدونها.

When you scan a product, the camera is used to read the number only — no photo is captured, stored or uploaded.

When you scan a barcode, the barcode number alone is sent to Open Food Facts, an open, non-profit global product database, to fetch the product name and its nutrition values. Nothing about you goes with it: no name, no account, no location, no device identifier. The product is then cached on your device, so scanning it again works offline.

If you search for a product by name (the "Search online" button under the results), the words you typed are sent to the same database to be matched. That button only runs when you tap it — nothing is sent while you type.

You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings ▸ BitePrint ▸ Camera. The rest of the app works without it.

مدة الحفظ: بياناتك تبقى على جهازك وفي iCloud الخاص بك إلى أن تحذفها أنت. ما نحتفظ بنسخة.

حقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي واللائحة الأوروبية GDPR: الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، ونقلها. وبما أن كل شي على جهازك، تقدر تمارس هذي الحقوق كلها بنفسك من داخل التطبيق فوراً — وإذا احتجت مساعدة راسلنا. ولك كذلك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة (الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي «سدايا» في السعودية، أو سلطة حماية البيانات في بلدك).

Legal basis: reading from and writing to Apple Health is done with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Health settings. Open Food Facts lookups rely on legitimate interest — they are necessary to deliver the feature you asked for. BitePrint AI relies on your explicit consent, given before first use and withdrawable at any time in Settings.

Recipients: Open Food Facts (a barcode number or a search term), Apple (your own iCloud storage, and subscriptions), and the BitePrint AI server then Anthropic (assistant messages and your summary — only with your consent, as in section 3). There is no fourth party.

Retention: your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud until you delete it. We keep no copy.

Your rights under Saudi Arabia's PDPL and the EU GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing, and portability. Because everything lives on your device, you can exercise all of these yourself inside the app immediately — write to us if you need help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (SDAIA in Saudi Arabia, or your national data protection authority).

من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← البيانات ← مسح جميع البيانات. وحذف التطبيق يمسح البيانات المحلية؛ ولمسح نسخة iCloud اذهب إلى: إعدادات الجهاز ← اسمك ← iCloud ← إدارة التخزين.

Inside the app: Settings ▸ Data ▸ Erase all data. Deleting the app removes local data; to remove the iCloud copy go to Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ iCloud ▸ Manage Storage.

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
